Whenever possible, priority is given to the extrajudicial route, and, when necessary, we represent clients in litigious cases.<\/p>\n

We act in processes of regulation, non-compliance and amendment of parental responsibilities, also prioritising, whenever possible, the amicable route, and in special child protection proceedings.<\/p>\n

We also practise in the area of succession law, assisting Portuguese citizens or foreigners residing in Portugal, either by anticipating and planning successions (wills, partition inter vivos and other forms of partition of assets) or, a posteriori, by advising on the inherent legal and tax obligations, in the negotiation and formal adoption of extrajudicial partitions or in the initiation and management of an inventory process.<\/p>\n
